    We act as an extension of your team, managing everything from daily transaction tracking to monthly reconciliations and financial reporting. Using cloud-based tools, we ensure your financials are always up-to-date and accessible whenever you need them.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Our bookkeeping services start at $500 per month, with pricing based on the size and complexity of your business. There is also a one-time setup fee, which covers onboarding, workflow customization, and tool setup.
  • Who will be my day-to-day contact?
    You’ll work directly with a dedicated Account Lead, who will act as your primary point of contact. They’ll liaise with the rest of our team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service.
  • What’s included in your standard package?
    Our standard package includes bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, and monthly/quarterly sales tax filing. Additional services like payroll or custom reporting can be added to suit your needs.
  • Do you provide year-end tax filing services?
    We don’t handle year-end tax filing in-house, but we partner with trusted accountants who we can confidently recommend to assist with your year-end needs.
  • Can you file taxes for provinces outside of Ontario?
    Yes! While we’re based in Ontario, we’re fully equipped to handle provincial sales tax filings across Canada, ensuring your business remains compliant wherever you operate.
  • How does onboarding work?
    During onboarding, we’ll: 1 - Set up your technology tools to fit your business needs. 2 - Customize and document your workflow for efficiency. 3 - Understand your bookkeeping requirements in detail. 4 - Provide training for you and your team. 5 - Handle any catch-up bookkeeping required to get your financials up to date.
  • Do you offer payroll or invoicing services?
    Yes! While not included in our standard package, payroll and invoicing services can be added to your plan. Let us know what you need, and we’ll customize our services for you.
  • What accounting software do you use?
    We work with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting tools to ensure your financials are accurate, secure, and easy to access.
